Who are we?
Lydia Dean & Leanne Butler
Co-Founders Of Flosst.
What do we stand for?
At Flosst, we believe great oral health isn’t about being perfect—it’s about making small, smart choices that add up over time.
We’re here to help busy people (like you!) build healthy habits that fit into real life—because we get it, life is hectic, and your gums deserve a little love too.
Flosst takes the guilt and guesswork out of oral care by offering fun, achievable steps that actually make a difference. No judgment, no nagging—just simple, science-backed guidance that works with your lifestyle.
Whether you’re juggling work, family, or just trying to remember where you put your keys, we’ve got your gums covered (literally).
Flosst was founded by Leanne and Lydia, friends and colleagues for over 20 years with a combined 30 years of experience in dentistry. We’ve been on the frontlines of flossing—working as a dental nurse, clinical manager, and practice manager—hearing the same story over and over: sticking to oral care routines is tough!
Outdated leaflets and boring handouts weren’t cutting it, so we thought, “Hey, there’s got to be a better way!”
And boom—Flosst was born.
Your mouth isn’t just about your smile—it’s the gateway to your overall health. Poor oral health has been linked to heart disease, diabetes, and other serious conditions. Taking care of your gums isn’t just about fresh breath; it’s about keeping your whole body happy.
That’s why our mission is to make oral health trendy, approachable, and an essential part of self-care—helping people upgrade their health, one smile at a time.
So, let’s make oral health something you actually look forward to—one floss at a time!
